PREPARING FOR THE PFDD MEETING ON SARCOPENIA
February 15, 2017
The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) is holding a public meeting on April 6, 2017, to hear directly from patients, caregivers, and advocates about sarcopenia. This Patient-Focused Drug Development (PFDD) Meeting is a rare opportunity to talk with the FDA about what it is like to live with the condition and how improved treatment could impact your life. The Aging In Motion (AIM) Coalition’s one-hour webinar provides background on the FDA’s PFDD Initiative, details what will be expected of participants at this meeting, and highlights real patient experiences from a PFDD meeting.
